Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery windows vary by destination and carrier capacity. For domestic shipments, allow 3-7 business days post-dispatch. International orders generally require 10-15 business days, though customs clearance may extend this period. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally impact timelines – we appreciate your patience during such instances.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with two straightforward options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more.
Note: Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable. Cart summaries display real-time cost calculations before checkout.

Shipping Regions

We currently serve North America, the EU, and select Asian countries. Restrictions apply to certain remote areas (e.g., territories without reliable postal infrastructure). During checkout, our system validates your address against serviceable zones. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders due to carrier limitations.

Order Tracking
